Amex & Economist Avios bonus offers ending soon

Two great Avios boosting offers are ending soon, so we thought we’d shout them out.

15,000 Avios for £179 one-year subscription to The Economist

Subscribe to the weekly print-only or digital-only edition of The Economist for £179 and get 15,000 Avios credited to your BA Exec Club account. The earning rate is a very decent 1.19p/Avios or 83 Avios/£1, making it a pretty good deal even if you decide not to read the magazine! If you opt for print and digital, you can get an extra 3,000 Avios at the same earning rates. We’d suggest the £179 digital-only edition to save on unnecessary printing and postage. The offer ends on 30 September 2019.

Sadly, the same bonus offer isn’t running for UK-folk. Unless you need to book urgently, we’d recommend holding onto the MR points until a bonus promotion comes along.
