While we were looking at Las Vegas for our destinations section, we found some decent deals to the USA with KLM for departures in early 2021. KLM is part of the SkyTeam alliance and has a 4-star Skytrax rating.
While aircraft changes are possible, KLM are currently operating 787 aircraft with new reverse herringbone business class seats on many of their USA routes.

The Catch
Not many that we can think of. It’s a direct non-stop flight from Amsterdam to Las Vegas with KLM, flying their newer business class seats on a 787.
While coronavirus remains a threat, airline lounges may be closed at airports and in-flight meal services may be reduced or removed on some routes. Check with Singapore Airlines to be sure you’re getting a premium economy deal worth having.

Where to credit the Points?
KLM is part of SkyTeam and also recently formed a partnership with Virgin Atlantic. If you want to redeem your miles for SkyTeam partners, we recommend crediting points to Flying Blue or Delta SkyMiles. If you’d sooner use your points on Virgin Atlantic, then credit them to Virgin’s Flying Club.
BG1 Verdict
This is an OK price for Las Vegas next spring. At £59 per flying hour, it’s £190 over our the target price for a business class seat. That said, it’s a non-stop flight – this is a god-send on the overnight return leg!
The city is currently closed to visitors, although they have announced plans to begin reopening from 4th June 2020. We think it’d be safer to stick to travel dates in 2021.
